Scout.com released its final top 100 player rankings for the 2013 basketball class on Wednesday morning with Andrew Wiggins, who signed with Kansas on Tuesday, remaining No. 1 overall. He’s followed by No. 2 Julius Randle (Kentucky), No. 3 Jabari Parker (Duke), No. 4 Aaron Gordon (Arizona) and No. 5 Andrew Harrison (Kentucky).
